1. Pre-Order Availability

Pre-order products here are also referred to as customized order. By placing a pre-order/customized order, you acknowledge that the product is not currently in stock and will be shipped once the order is ready.

2. Payment and Pricing

Full payment is required at the time of placing a customized order. The price of the product is locked in at the time of order confirmation. Any applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and added to your locked price.

3. Estimated Availability

Estimated availability dates are provided as a guideline and may be subject to change. We will notify you of any significant delays or changes to the estimated shipping date. While we strive to meet the estimated timeline, actual shipping dates may vary.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once the customized order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. If you need to cancel or modify your pre-order, please contact our sales team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes will be made before the product is dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Customized products will be shipped once they are ready. We process and ship orders through third-party transport companies once the products are ready. Delivery times can vary based on your location and product availability, and shipping costs are provided at the time of order finalization. As transport companies are independent entities, they are not governed by Justfit’s policies. Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the transport provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

JustFit.in is not liable for any delays, damages, or issues that arise from pre-orders. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the pre-ordered product. We strive to provide accurate information and timely updates, but we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances affecting product availability or delivery.

7. Product Specification and Changes

Product specifications are based on information available at the time of pre-order. We reserve the right to make changes to the product specifications or features if necessary. We cannot guarantee that all pre-ordered products will remain unchanged from the original description.
